Well. I haven't been on in awhile because I've been embarrassed to admit my 8-lb. gain! I know what I am doing wrong, and the thing is I haven't gained a pants size and very little in my measurements has changed, and I have really increased my exercise, I just haven't kept to the carb level I need for weight to come off. It's really frustrating and at times I just want to throw in the towel and lie in bed and eat everything I want. Have had bad allergies and a series of dental visits recently, more things to feed my excuses. Anyway, here I am again, I weighed 175 this morning and there it is!! LOL!
