I'm down another 1.1 lbs. I weigh & measure every Monday but always seem to be bloated on this day. Why???? I really didn't think I'd lost anything until I weighed. Does anyone have a remedy for this? I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
181.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Was late getting to the park this morning and it got pretty hot before I got done. Had a restless night last night because of the hot flashes. I just started trying "ICool". I sure hope it works. Used to use Estroven but then they changed the formula and it quit working. I chewed their ears off but didn't do any good, they just lost a customer.
