Idk where the month of April went. I lost myself in all that was going on work wise and totally lost focus on my health goals. Stephanie and I have started the Couch to 5k program yesterday and my schedule has opened back up, so I am going to start back to yoga too. Need to take care of myself more consistently, because then I feel more useful to myself and those around me. Evwrytjin doesn't feel quite so iverwgelming when your health is good.
