Happy to have found this site. This site makes it easy to track your food intake. Started January 15 2012 at 280 pounds. Discovered the Primal Blue Print in February and Keto Dieting in late March and Intermittent Fasting and everything is going well. I can not believe I weigh 236 as of today.
