Well first day went ok. Got to go to the grocery store and buy the right foods for this diet. Also bought some atkins bars and shakes. Will try those. I put a couple of shakes in the freezer, looking forward to trying them. WOnder if they taste like ice cream? Iwill find out. About 4 hours after I ate early this afternoon, I got really really hungry. I assume this is normal? Went to the grocery store right after, ate some pork rinds on the way home. That really helped. So I put some in the car, in case I am out and about, get really hungry, so I don't have to eat something not on the diet.
