well, at least i didn't gain weight! i've been feeling very fat the last few days so i thought i may.

i've decided that 120 isn't a realistic goal for me. i would like to consistently get 122 though. that's 8 st 10 lb, which i feel is an excellent weight for me. i've only been that once in my adult life and that was when i came back from australia last month and had slept for 24 hours. it possibly was dehydration. the other times i thought i weighed that, two weeks after, i can't be sure i got it right as the folowing week i was a lot higher but messed up my weight calculation. wish my scales would still do pounds, but they are stuck on stones!
123.5 lb Lost so far: 77.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
