Breakfast 2 scrambled eggs/ Mazither cheese & 4 saisage links. Dinner at Gingham's Country Fried Steak, 1/4 baked potato & vegetsble beef soup. At dad's lemon merguine pie, small piece.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
