And back to the beginning again. I last recorded my weight on here nearly two years ago. In between, I had a travelling job and took no exercise and my weight ballooned up to 212lbs, the largest I've ever been, and size 18 is now the default in my wardrobe. Then came the loss of that job, much to my shock and upset at the time, but now feels like the best thing that ever happened to me. I'm working freelance which means I work my own hours as long as I get the job done, and it's given me the opportunity to exercise again. Which I have been doing - 8 swims and 1 run so far. My body is beginning to play ball and I'm now, measurement-wise, pretty much back where I started two years ago - 42 (43), 37.5, 44, 13.5 and 24, although I'm now 7lbs heavier. I guess the exercise is paying off and I haven't tried to stick to a diet of any kind, as the measurements are more important than the weight... mostly because my motivation for the next eight weeks is for getting measured for my wedding dress. I've then got 9 months to lose as much as I can before the big day. But really, I'm most bothered about getting back into physical good shape again, to be fit. We're going to the Yukon for our honeymoon and I want to dash up those mountains and kayak those rivers. Bon chance!

42 (43) 37.5 44 13.5 24

39 (none) 29 35.5

3 8.5 8.5 inch loss would get me down to a size 12...
203.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

wow! congratulations.... You can do it . 3 months is plenty of time to lose a lot if you really stick to it. I just started last week and so far, it is not hard at all.
