I will start The Program by Kelly Traver today. Husband has agreed to join me. It's a 12 week program. That will take me to May 30th. My goal is to lose 10 pounds by then. In order to accomplish that I will *record my meals and *exercise ( & record) at least 30 minutes a day and *strive for at least 7 hours of sleep a night. * limit my daily intake of sugar. I've lost about five pounds since Christmas break when we decided to eat vegetarian, mostly vegan with just a bit of fish & eggs now and then. Already doing quite well just eating a vegetarian diet but dark chocolate is my downfall.
