Because of scheduling conflicts I got the chance to try the 60 minute BodyCombat class- I've never sweat so much in my life. And in keeping with my Wednesday night routine, I went to BodyCombat express and BodyFlow. I was so shocked when I went on the scale! It's likely water weight but it's still a positive step forward. I better not let this weekend get the best of me! Cheers to thy true self! :)
