I guess since this is my first journal entry I could be really cliche and say this is the first day of the rest of my life. (CHEESY)

I have struggled with weight my entire life. Yo-yo dieting is my thing. I would lose a bunch of weight and then gain it all back. Now I want to try it my own way, just watching what I eat and incorporate more excerise into my day. I feel that I would be a lot more confident, more successful, and my sex life with my hubby would increase. I have never kept a food diary or tracked how much exercise I have done each day. It will be interesting to see what bad habits I have or what causes me to not work out that day. I feel like I could be pretty successful.

Here's to the first day of the rest of my life!!
