This sh*t is enough to make me go for a run down the block and buy a bottle of Tequila.

Geez, now I really know how badly you effect my weight.

My flatmate told me I looked skinny yesterday and asked me how I managed to get my stomach flat. I seriously wanted to smash him in the face, I had just finished eating the most enormous piece of steak and thought he was being smart. He was actually being genuine, who would of guessed it? He now wants to go to the gym with me starting next week so looks like I've gotta new gym buddy!

As you can see TOM is loving messing with the scales and making me feel fatter than ever. I 'googled' some articles on how to stop weight gain/fluid retention during this time and most of the articles said to keep hydrated. I drunk 4L of water yesterday and will do it again today. I'm finding myself very parched and waking up in the night for a drink, but since I am not consuming anything after 10pm at the latest, I have also included drinks.

Feeling a hell of a lot better today. The cough is still there but that's about it. Will be fully back into it tomorrow even if it KILLS me. I need to eradicate the scale reading's TOM is enjoying giving me. If I gain tomorrow again. I will be fasting on Tuesday. The fast is not an option it will be mandatory.

Gotten through a hell of a lot of work having to be in bed all the time. It's great, but seriously cannot wait to get back in to routine.
