Have been working harder on the activity part of the challange - rowing machine every night, walks with my daighter etc. have been less dilligent with the food tracking but eating mainly what I know is within my points.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
