Ok... so this working out , weight loss business is for the birds. I've been pretty diligent for 3 months now. At best, I've lost a pound or so. I haven't done anything different this week and I'm down 4.9lbs. it just does not make sense. The scale is not to be trusted... and I should listen to my husband when he keeps says I'm looking really slim. ❤
