Decide to change my weight goal because of several reasons :
1. I finally admit to myself that I have big bone 2. When I reach 40something kg , my face look so thin and sickly pale . Not good 3. I'm more into the healthy lifestyle now , not the extreme dieting 4. OK I'm gonna be honest with you . I will not reach 40something kg again , because now I'm not in the super not healthy relationship ! 5. I want to build more muscle in my body , especially the tummy and hand one !
that's the reason , hope I can stick well with my diet plan
