Today is the 19th day of working out straight. Eating better and no pop for longer than that. I started out with a yoga challenge, but have done other workouts too. Did a step routine yesterday that had weights and lots of squats. My legs are soooo sore, but it is a good sore. Went walking tonight to help stretch those muscles. We'll see tomorrow.
