I got a good start yesterday, but I don't think I ate enough during the day and probably too much at the end of day. My meals consisted of:

Breakfast: 2 sausage egg McMuffins without the muffins.
Snack: Atkins Snack Bar
Lunch: Small can of olive oil packed tuna over a green salad
Snack: Half an Atkins Snack Bar
Dinner: 2 large pieces of grilled chicken and a small plate of broccoli with shredded cheese.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
