Not counting calories this week as I really just don't know how while I am juicing. I made vegan quinoa chili for my solid lunches and the little taste that I had of it last night was wonderful. The green lemonade (kale, spinach, romaine, apple, lemon) was delicious for breakfast and I am thinking of having mango, pineapple, carrot and cucumber juice for dinner. I have to get up early for work tomorrow so I will need to eat, drink haha, dinner extra early and go to bed very early in order to allow my body proper detox time. I will be posting regularly on how this is going! If you read this and have ever done anything like it any tips or stories would be appreciated!
