Went out for dinner which did me in. I cut my meal in half when it arrived and planned to take half home but the kids took so long to eat, I am some of it anyways. I did get out for a about 15 minutes of walking in the afternoon since I knew I was going out but it is still not long enough. It is tough to fit a workout into my weekly schedule.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
