Steamed & Fried Beef, Ricotta, & Spinach Wontons W/Fried Onions & Mushrooms-450cal- These were surprisingly tasty, I had my doubts about putting ground beef in them. I am going to try different combinations w/ chicken & tofu, maybe some all veggies. Made 9

I put the Ricotta Cheese, Beef, and Spinach in a bowl, mixed it well, then put that inside the wrappers. Then the fried ones got sauteed with thick sliced Mushrooms & Onions. Only a little spray olive oil to make them not stick.
