DAY 46 ...Slowly does it . I am still trying but not really getting anywhere . Reckon I will probably write this year's diet off . THEN restart in January . I can not push what is not there . So if I lose weight that will be a big bonus . But my if not there is no problem. We will just dust off and start again .
