Lisa Hahn's Journal, 16 November 2017

Good workout this morn. Intervals on the elliptical and lifting heavy weight. It was different for me but I liked it and felt pumped afterward. Today I am thankful that Katie's car is repairable. Im thankful that her dad is going to help a little bit. Im thankful that it is warm and sunny today. I am thankful for all my favorite foods like my bacon for breakfast and my favorites all thru out the day. I feel blah and don't have a lot of energy. Good thing tomorrow is a high carb day. I can always tell when I need it. I'm looking forward to my carby treats as usual. 3 weeks tomorrow since I broke my toe and it still hurts once in awhile but definitely uncomfortable when walking too long. It has improved a lot but I have a feeling it's still quite awhile before I can run, although I might try a little bit this weekend. Thinking of Sunday, which is still 3 more days. Maybe?
