I am feeling good. I am exercising almost every day now which is a completly new thing for me. I am feeilng like the weight should be coming off faster but that's because I'm comparing this to the last time I dieted when I was by myself. Now I am doing it with my fiance and it is forcing me to make healthy lifestyle changes and not just eat a whole lot less. My birthday celebration is this weekend. I plan to go on a 10 mile bike ride on Saturday afternoon before I go out so that I can ensure one more workout for the week. If I wait until Sunday it will probably not happen.
