Started at 160 lbs a year ago and am now 114. I cannot believe how much energy I have again. The only down side is having to buy new clothes every so often so I have something that fits. It feels like a waste of money if it doesn't fit in a few weeks. Oh well small price to pay!
114.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
