Recording Interval Training
I use my itreadmill app on my ipod touch and use the average speed for mine. I'm sure I run a bit faster, but I would rather under shoot my burn than over shoot it.

Road trip foods
I grill chicken and make salads. I keep them in a little cooler with a few different pieces of fruit (apple, banana, plum, cut strawberries) I take all my food with me each day so I don't get sucked into making poor choices just because I am hungry.

Dieting in Silence or Full Disclosure
I told most of my family, now strangers ask me at the gym because I lost 50 pounds,and I am only 5 feet tall so it made a difference. I did a fitness competition at my gym for 12 weeks so everyone knew due to the restricted diet.
I am proud of myself, but 1 day a week I eat whatever I want for one meal. Usually mozzarella sticks at my favorite pizza place. Good luck everybody.

Heart Rate Monitor, Do you have one? is it accurate? What do you have?
Started running. Did a 5k and a half marathon. But Want to start training for a full marathon, looking for a good heart rate monitor that doesn't look like it came out of a cracker jack box.
