You can do this Chris. Being 125 pounds before recital would be awesome, you definitely know it. Focus on the future. What you eat today will affect your weight in the long run. It's going to be difficult, but don't give up. You are worth the struggle. Do this for your health, your happiness, and you Mother. Take it one day at a time. Skipping dessert one day will add up to one less pound in the future. I have faith in you. Good luck:)
