Been very sick for over three weeks. Struggling now with terribly allergies. Hard to breath using inhaler but started walking this week. Hope to feel better and continue this journey!

163.0 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb. Still to go: 33.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.
