Reached my goal.. Need to move the goal posts. This feels great.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@MuttonCurrie, I started in February this year with up and down, but once I started doing proper Intermittent and sometimes Extended Fasting my insulin really started to get managed. Much fitter and enjoy physical exercise as well as yoga and meditation.

Just a note, I started to do an Extended Fast (EF) after feasting (celebrating a bit much over the weekend). This will be the last EF for the year. I am sitting at 40 hours (out of 120 hours) but will break it as I listen to my body. This is a lifestyle as I do IF (16 hours off and 8 hours eating window) daily. Sometimes One Meal a Day (OMD) as it is easy to manage. At 40 hours at the moment.. no hunder at all. My ketones sitting at 5 mmol/litre after 32 hours.
