(14.2)..Ok...as most of my buddies know this chart gives me grief (and I'm a person that NEEDS to SEE progress so...) I'm going to just start all my journals with the weight I've lost so far...that will make ME feel better and make y'all feel better as I won't be harpin' about it ANYMORE! WHEW! HA! Today was my daughters birthday...you know what comes with birthdays...cake/comfort foods etc..y'all be proud. NONE for me! My husband and I even went to her school to have lunch with her (we brought our own lunch for the 3 of us) and I packed mine will a chicken quesadilla (4pts), veggies, some fresh fruit and a handfull of popcorn (popcorn is my 'crack'...haha....gotta have it)...I did SO well. Later for dinner...seriously a 2x2 inch square of lasagna, veggies galore and a coffee with my creamer...PERFECT...and I was stuffed! Well, full and 'not wanting anymore' feeling...I didn't get all that exercise in today but I figure after my daughters OTHER party tomorrow with all her little friends (and another here Sunday for family)and with all this snow I think my snowshoes are calling me! Now, let's talk WORK OUT! Let's just hope I don't collaps in a snowbank and freeze there! HAHA...I'm sure my basset would find me sooner or later...ha! Here's to all my buddies stayin' strong on there collective 'lifestyle changing' habits and ME stickin to mine! SMILES!
