Off to pick up more meds, and to buy groceries for the next two weeks. But first, lunch with my husband. I feel as if whatever I eat will set the pace for the rest of the day, you know? So let's see if we can find someplace with decent food.

Busy weekend ahead. But I can't let that keep me from striving to make the best (See? I said best, not right or wrong--that's giving the food too much power) choices every day, whether it's what I eat or how much I move. (Yes. I can be a real slug sometimes if I don't kick myself in the butt.)
