I know i should not weigh daily but i do but i do not record daily, but since i had gained back the initial 4 lbs I lost the first 1 1/2 wk, I am happy that the scale is moving again. I even gave up gum.

Diet Calendar Entry for 11 March 2010:
1627 kcal Fat: 104.11g | Prot: 106.52g | Carb: 56.12g.   Breakfast: heavy cream, Bacon, Eggs. Lunch: Winter Mix Vegetables, chicken. Dinner: cream cheese, flaxseed meal, can pumpkin, Ham or Pork Salad. Snacks/Other: Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, pork rinds. more...

There is nothing wrong with weighing daily. There is no way of knowing if this is working right if you don't. Now, keep in mind that there are normal flucuations of a few pounds that can occur during certain times.
