First step...cutting out alcohol for three weeks and then limiting usage to only weekends. I do so love my red wine!

Great idea! I went 5 weeks without. I had 2 beers this past weekend. Not sure if i will continue that trend. Might just be every few weeks until i get a good fitness base.
