Well, today is January 4, and it's the fourth day of the Abs Diet. This week has been a little crazy - I "lost" 5 pounds the first day but that was due to the fact that I took my diuretic after two days without. The next day my weight was up a couple of pounds, and then I ended up getting some mild food poisoning so yesterday's food is hard to log. I have done only one day of the weight training - still need to break my die-hard cardio habits!! I have the gym bag packed for this afternoon though. So far I feel fantastic (other than the throwing up yesterday! LOL) and I haven't been hungry at all. I will submit some recipes shortly - YUMMY - this diet doesn't feel at all restrictive so far, unlike the Atkins and South Beach I tried last year. I was a total cranky witch on those!
