From a big slump due to work and a lot of stress my weight went up to almost 210lbs! Because of that I got into a lot of complications and problems ( Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart Complications, etc...) I tried to eat less and do workouts but all seems to be not working.
Until my supervisor and co-worker introduced me to a diet called Ketogenic diet. I tried it and it worked! From 210, my weight went down to 186lbs in 2 to 3 weeks following strictly on the diet alone.
And even until now my weight still keeps dropping of at a steady pace of 1 to 2 lbs a week still following strictly on the diet.
Today, I decided to log in to my old fatsecret account to log my weight and I am surprised that when I first started out with fatsecret I weigh at only 172.0 lbs which is .7 shy from my current weight :(
Though it is sad to know that I am back from square one, I do hope that one day I would surpass my oldest weigh-in and reach my goal of 154lbs with the Ketogenic diet and a lot of exercise from this day forward.
