This is for all you youngsters, kiddos, people that need to lose weight. Take it from a 67 year old that has battled
my weight most of my life. If I knew then what I know now, I'd be healthier than I am. You will lose elasticity in your skin at
a certain age. Lose the weight while your young and your skin will bounce back, not so after a certain age. I'm not a doctor
but there is no fountain of youth! Science has proved most diseases are triggered by your weight: diabetes, heart disease
alergies ect you need to listen and get and stay healthy.
Science has given us the information to achieve these results use it!
No excuses!
When you decide to have children, teach them to be active, eat healthy by example.
Sugar and carbs are the poison, everything in moderation.
