Am not doing well, have not followed diet all week. Have not gained from 2 weeks ago but am ashamed and depressed over not being able to follow any diet.

Dont be discouraged, we've all been there. Try eating an on-plan meal just 1 time today. When this happens to me, I have 1 meal of tons of greens. Next meal I'm not as hungry and can stick to plan. And congrats on losing almost half a pound! :)

It happens to everyone. Just start over with your next meal. It will get better.
