I did great all week but faltered a little on Saturday and Sunday. Still had over a 2 lb loss. I'm going to erase what happened the last two days and continue on!
180.6 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
