OK I tried to do the extra calories on Sunday thing. I really had to twist my arm. We'll see how it goes. It did at least feel good though. We'll see how tough it is to get back on track tomorrow.

OK, I am seeing if this gets to you and I did it right. Of course, I pushed so many buttons, I may not remember, but I will keep trying to communicate well on this thing. Thanks for today. I really liked the wii dance and appreciate you helping me burn some calories. I would like to keep doing it, but as usual, feel free to speak up if you don't want to. I will adjust somehow. On the bad side, I am ending up with an even bigger number of calories than the last few days. Well, it is like they say - a process.
