Back on the program after a break and a gain. Honestly, I just gave up there for a bit. I stopped listening to my heart and started medicating with sugar. I don't want to lose weight to be a size six. I want to heal myself so I can live happily in the body I design and deserve.

You need to poke your nose in here a little more often...glad you came back! I fell into the trap from the complements on my weight loss (down 50lbs from last year, yay me!!) I was starting to feel like "I got this, no need to worry about it..." and I allowed myself to cheat a little here & there, so before it gets out of hand I'm putting a stop to more junk or treats! My biggest goal right now it to get out of the OBESE category and into the OVERWEIGHT category, only 10 more pounds...then I'll worry about the other 35lbs to get to the next step HEALTHY WEIGHT!!
