Here we go! I am using the ap on my droid to count calories, as well. Love it! I also have ordered a jogging stroller and will start taking brisk, long walks (about 4.5 miles) with my 13 month old son...hopefully at least 4-5 days a week...hope I can stay motivated to stick with this!
9pm: Today went really well. I have already learned so much about how and what I eat and I feel motivated to get more active.
