Ok, I started out on this journey of losing weight when I hit an all time high of 203lbs. However, being 6ft, this was not too overweight. I believe this was in 2007-2008. (I seen it in pictures, ugh)
I have gotten the weight down to 172lbs but as of to date, I am back up to bumping 180lbs. I really want to be down to 160lbs, (155 when married) but I would settle at 170lbs.
