Good morning! Hot one for a walk. I downloaded a walking segment by Marina off her podcast site. Nice walking with a quick beat! She was just featured in Women's World magazine "I lost weight listening to my ipod"
Worked up a great sweat and walked for 52 mins.

163.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.7 lb a week

I just got an Ipod for myself and I am going to have to have my son show me how to put the music on there. Sounds like a great way to walk with some music I think the beat can help you keep the pace up. I even heard there are songs for 3 miles and hour and 3.5 miles an hour out there.

The Marina songs are helpful. The full name is Marian Kempar I believe. She has a bit of an annoying laugh but I can get past that. LOL You go to her sight, download the podcast for 99 cents, then save it to your document file. Right click on it in document and move it to Itunes then load it on the ipod. Its easy once someone shows you once.
