So disappointed in my weight loss this week...I lose then gain...and I have been faithful to the program. Makes me want to abandon the program...but I'll stick it out.
198.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
