Yesterday, 4/11/12, found out that I'm probably consuming FEWER calories than my body requires. Need to assess my resting metabolic calorie requirement; estimating 2000, for now. Sleep somewhat more disturbed than usual, but feel more rested and energized. Also feel fitter and definitely MUCH less bloating, still have some fluid settling around my ankles by late day. Monday, my massage guy said he thought I'd lost 10-15 lbs and remarked about my lower legs being easier to work on.
