So I took two days off because I had teusday off and I wasn't feeling like working out even though I thought I might do it anyway...but I didn't and the 4th the gym was closed... so I walked 45 minutes and not quite three miles. but the best part was that my weight has dropped again... I am hoping to keep that up... or is it down? Either way I am loving the way I am loose in my clothes!
