Back from Texas and New York, didn't behave myself when eating and was drinking alcohol, but happy that only 1.3 kg gain in weight. Back on behaving again now.
164.5 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
