Started exercise today. I am so out of shape. I could only do 10 min of cardio and most of that was walking in place and squats and I tried jumping jacks. I am 47 yrs. old and I need to get my butt in gear.

I remember starting to walk again (after many years of inactivity)... got a block. You can do this, too!
