Started exercise today. I am so out of shape. I could only do 10 min of cardio and most of that was walking in place and squats and I tried jumping jacks. I am 47 yrs. old and I need to get my butt in gear.
279.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 150.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
