Tank's Journal, 22 October 2017

Well, I am going to give my diet a really hardest try this week. I have set-up a challenge called to start in 4 weeks about not eating sweets during the week. I also made some homemade chicken soup. Made egg noodles for my family to add as they go. The pot is noodle free. Tomorrow is a workday so that will not be so hard. I hope to get out and walk tomorrow. I will let you all know how it goes. I was on Weight Watchers but it was no longer working for me. I have decided to watch my calories and carb/protein/fat intake instead. I believe it will make me happier. I will always strive to stay within my caloric goal. I may not always stay within my carb/protein/fat goal. I also will try to keep my caloric intake lower than the number of calories burned according to my Fitbit. I think this is a good plan.

Carb - 40%
Protein - 25%
Fat - 30%
