Not happy about the gain, and yet, once again, I went down in body fat%. The numbers will work themselves out. I'm sure my body is just wondering what in the world I'm doing to it. Just gotta keep on keeping on.
152.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
