I am doing all I know how from this point on...gone back tot he gym, am interval training with a routine Paul, the personal trainer has set up for us, eating as I should and trying to make the best choices in order to get on track and stay on track. It certainly is a lot harder than when I was 40.
160.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.1 lb a week
